3. Professional Services & Licensure (Disclaimer) Tax Services: AmeriChoice Inc is a professional Tax Strategy firm led by Enrolled Agents (EAs). We are federally licensed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to represent taxpayers in all 50 states. We provide advanced tax planning, compliance, and representation services.

Insurance Services: We are also licensed Life Insurance Professionals. Any discussion regarding "Private Reserve," "Infinite Banking," or insurance-based solutions refers to the sale and servicing of life insurance products.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms Program Description: AmeriChoice Inc operates an SMS program that sends notification, billing, and marketing messages to opt-in subscribers.

Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
